Welcome

My name is Peter Latsos and this is my personal website. I have been online since the early nineties, lurking and learning in the shadows.  I felt it was time to start giving back by publishing my ideas and experiences so that others may benefit as I have.  Portions of this site will be dedicated to experimentation, which will be available for everyone to view and comment on.  I've spent countless hours researching, modifying and testing best-of-breed design concepts that I will share.

My experience with CRM systems over the past twelve years has given me great insight into a variety of industries and technologies.  I've been designing, developing and implementing these systems since their humble beginnings as Personal Information Managers (PIMs).  Many of the topics I will introduce will most likely be directly applicable to CRM.  For those of you not interested in CRM, my hope is that the discussions will yield general techniques that could be used in other areas.

I built this website to share some of my technical experience and I think it's only fitting that my first entry describes the building of the journal itself. read more
